This doesn't mean that you become the owner of the pictograms and animations you've purchased. The authors will allways remain the legal
owners of the copyrights. Only the right of use is authorised under strict license terms.
STANDARD LICENSE TERMS :
PERMITTED USES :
Any personnal project, not for resale purpose
Advertising and promotional projects
Books and book covers
Magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, and video, broadcast and theatrical presentations
On–line or electronic publications, including web pages
Prints, posters and other reproductions for personal use or promotional purposes but not for resale
PROHIBITED USES :
It is strickly forbidden to resale the Clipart-Box.com content through a web site or any other media (cd, dvd)
Use the content in design template applications intended for resale, whether on-line or not, including website templates, Flash templates,
business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, and brochure design templates
Use or display the content on products for sale, including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items (this includes custom designed websites)
without asking permission to Clipart-Box.com and without paying an additionnal royalty fee that should be determined by common consent
Use any of the content as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade name, business name, service mark, or logo without asking permission to Clipart-Box.com and
without paying an additionnal royalty fee that should be determined by common consent
Create a scandalous work, obscene, racist in nature or immoral through the use or treatment of content. Therefore, the user takes full responsibility for
the use of illustration and animation that would require special authorization from a third party, because of property rights, tangible or intangible that may be claimed
Sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, assign, gift or otherwise transfer or distribute the content or the rights granted under this agreement.Therefore you can not install
and use the content in more than one location at a time or post a copy of the Content on a network server or web server for use by other users
Use or display the content in an electronic format that enables it to be downloaded or distributed via mobile devices or shared in any peer-to peer or similar file sharing arrangement
Any reproduction or representation of content, by any process and resale through any media (internet, dvd cd ...) constitutes an infringment and counterfeiting, to the Intellectual property code, punishable by the articles L 335-2 and following.
The use of content implies that you have read and agreed to the standard license Terms obove.
EXTENDED LICENSE TERMS :
Clipart-Box grants you a Multi-seat, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to use and reproduce vectors in the following ways, in addition to and including all Standard License applications.
You may use the content on items (digital or hardcopy) for resale such as t-shirts and fabric prints, flags, postcards, stickers, posters, coffee mugs, calendars or the like. Digital reproduction in non Vector formats (jpg, gif, bmp). You may use the content in commercial software applications or GUI design for resale with no limitations regarding the number of copies or print run.
You may use the Image in website templates, document templates, wallpapers, screensavers, e-cards or similar products for resale with no limitations regarding the number of copies.
All other restrictions from the "not permitted" section from the standard license still apply.
All license agreements prohibit the resale or re distribution of any part or element of the content as a vector, or in any format that will allow a third party access to the file in digital vector format i.e EPS, Ai, Flash, SVG and the like.
